Cancellation, Return and Refund

Buyers may cancel purchases at any time before payment. Once shipped, purchases will be subject to return process rather than cancellation process.

Buyers may request and send email to us for return of purchased items at any time within 7 days from the date of receipt if there are any defects. With respect to return-related matters, relevant laws and regulations shall email to us postsales@seesee.sg.

Return costs shall be borne by the party attributable to the return request, such as:

· - the buyer, where the return is due to the defects in the item and request for refund ; and

· - the seller, where the return is due to the defects in the item and request for exchanges, delivery of the wrong or different item

For overseas purchases, return attributable to the buyer may not be practically possible due to high return costs. We or sellers take no responsibility and assume no liability for such cases.

Upon completion of the cancellation or the return process, the Company shall refund by immediately canceling the credit card transaction authorization in case of payment by credit card or by depositing the amount paid by the buyer on their paypal account of the buyer in case of payment by paypal.

Remedies

You agree that 99.SG’s remedy at law for any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement would be inadequate and that 99.SG shall be entitled to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both, in addition to any damages that 99.SG may be legally entitled to recover, together with reasonable expenses of any form of dispute resolution, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees.

No right or remedy of 99.SG shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity, including, without limitation, damages injunctive relief, attorneys' fees and expenses.

No instance of waiver by 99.SG of its rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future or other waiver.
